I'm not sold on Indiana because they only played about one or two tough teams all year and they haven't been near as tested as us.
I really like having played this game and IU having a bye. May play into our favor.

Agreed! We are battle tested. We might have a few bruises like the FSU and GA game but this team is gutsy, gritty and TOUGH. They can win any game in front of them. RTR

And I don't want to hear a thing about the refs. They missed a blatant roughing on Ty with the ref looking right at it.

The refs were terribad on both sides. This crew is trying to live down to the SEC refs abilities.

I followed the game on espn gamecast and here. BP rarely went up. Somehow not seeing the game helped keep anxiety low. And no announcers to have to deal with.

I’m so keyed up I have no idea how I’ll get to sleep and I’ve already been up almost 24 hours straight.

Lost my voice around the Pick 6 and never really got it back with all that 2nd half excitement.

Everything after this is Gravy.

Just show up in Pasadena and throw Haymakers like tonight and win or lose I’ll be satisfied with the season to season improvement.

The most important improvement is this team can get off the mat and FIGHT BACK.

Can’t ask for more than that in the trenches.

Dvoracek just said same thing I was thinking. We protected Ty better from 2nd quarter on and he looked like a different QB. The TD strike to Brooks looked like the old Ty again.

They should have lost to Penn State. Absolutely we can. It would be nice if we could outdo them at the Rose Bowl on attendance but their fan excitement is at a 100 year high so that will be impossible.

I still don't have a ton of confidence we can beat Indiana. Their offense is better than Oklahoma's and they have the rest advantage (although that didn't matter last year)

Still, I think it's house money at this point. Win or lose the Rose Bowl I'm happy with this season. I do wish I could erase the SECCG and FSU game from my memory though

The Big 10 is so insulated, that it’s difficult to determine how good they really are. Indiana had three big games this year, and they were all in conference. The only three big games out of the conference, for the entire conference, were Texas/Ohio St, USC/ND, and Oklahoma/Mich. That’s it. Couple that with the fact that it’s a top heavy conference, and how do you really compare Indiana, or any other Big 10 team to a SEC team? I like our chances. I haven’t seen a line yet, but I’d imagine it’s Indiana by 4.5.

One of the interesting aspects of this is that a lot of Alabama's staff actually coached for Indiana (notably DeBoer and Womack) while Indiana's head coach actually coached for Alabama under Saban.
