Bama Game Thread: Official PostGame Thread - Bama @ UGA...

  • Hi Guest, we are working on updating the site servers and software. We're also 'forcing' everyone to read and agree to our site privacy policy and terms of service. There are no significant changes to either of these but the terms page does clarify a few things that are mostly in the legalese. You can just click the checkbox for both and continue using the site as usual! We'll update you more on the site upgrades VERY soon! THANK YOU AS ALWAYS for supporting the site and being an active participant!

I think the team needed discipline, but this is the most disciplined I've see them in a while. They are not 100% there, but there's clear progress. This team was far more disciplined and far more physical than what I saw against FSU, and also than that I saw against Michigan for that matter. If this continues this team can make the playoff.
Gotta a leader with Ty. Jam and Keelen being back were big boosts to morale too.

Crazy anomaly or analytics that they could run for that much and lose.

Alabama did break the 100 yard mark rushing.
Surely it's because they were such explosive runs. They didn't control the game on the ground. For better or worse, we were "bend don't break"

Similarly, we controlled the game through the air because we didn't have a ton of explosives

Best win of KDB’s tenure by far, weathered UGA’s inevitable storm and didn’t give up the lead ONCE, was not perfect by any means

feels much different than last year’s UGA win

Ellis Robinson IV. Was that 4th down play simply him being an idiot? Who jumps on a pile after the play was over?
He actually tucked his head on the way in and hit someone with the crown. Lucky it wasn’t reviewed for targeting.
That was almost classic “spearing” from the old days.

Ty and the offense showed out, but what about Bray Hubbard???

Great bounce back young man!
WRs showed some toughness too.

Brooks got lit up on a big play and held on.

Horton had some big catches in traffic.

RW made a couple Key grabs to move the chains in the 2nd.

Germie had some tough and patient runs that were key.

Even Proctor had a tough run…lol

Guys are for sure playing tougher.
