Would Lane make these boneheaded decisions if he was coaching a team like LSU or Bama, who had better players? Especially on defense. I mean it makes no sense. Kick the dang FG and go up by 8. It's a no brainer.

Its weird that he just developed this at Ole Miss. Idk if it’s because he has a guy like MC or what, but he was rarely aggressive at all at USC or Tennessee.
