I’m thinking both Mississippi teams have real bite this year. I know ole miss coach is very good and ms st guy was good at new mex so they could win a couple games to shake up the top. Don’t think either wins the SEC though.
This is an interesting stat looking at Torvik. Tells you just how good that UF/UK matchup was.
Florida had the 5th most efficient offensive performance of the season to date. Only issue is that UK just so happened to have the most efficient to date.

Beard and Jans are both excellent coaches. It’s funny the winding roads they took to get to the ‘sip schools. Jans for the bar thing at BGU and Beard the DV thing at UTa.

Torvik has Mississippi State at #14 - we are 47% chance of beating them in Starkville this year.
So Torvik sees them as a legit contender.
Which still is only good for 6th overall in the SEC, just as a reminder of how absolutely bonkers the conference is this year.
Speaking of the Cowbells.....good to see former Gator guard Riley Kugel doing as well as he is. Tied for 3rd highest scorer for the Bulldogs......

We have never beaten #1 in the regular season. We have only beaten #1 twice, both times in the tourney (Duke 2000 and Ohio St 2007).
