Re: *** OT Brandon Hill Commits to BAMA ***

Also it makes sense regarding the whole Taylor situation. Taylor decommited but when he did the reports were that the staff told him to hold off on commiting to UA because they needed to make sure they have room. Taylor is a OT by nature and I was surprised to see the staff was going to take him over McCullers at DT. A position we need someone to come in and fill now, not to develop 3 years down the road. I know Goldman is good but if we have to rely on a true freshman to start on our DL we are in trouble. If it is true that the staff needed to make room for him, the timing of Hill visiting Ole Miss fits that scenario. Taylor decommits, Hill visits Ole Miss, and watch Taylor to commit today or tommorow to UA and Hill switch his commitment to Ole Miss soon. Again just my educated guess, which according to my wife is never that educated. 8)

We sign someone like Hill or Gladney and neither qualify they take up two spots of players that will qualify that we could use.
If that were to happen, could you back count the next year to fill those two?

The thing is it's likely the players who are not qualified as of NSD will simply sign for "show" with their paperwork on hold until june or July with the first 25 who are preferable and eligible making up the class . With 25 being 25 , backcounters who enter at this point next year will have to come in under mid-year exemptions .
