People like to talk great about Belichick but he is horrible in player acquisitions and drafting. Probably his best draft picks are Nick Saban players. He is a great defensive mind and has a good eye for assistants. But that’s it. If you really compare him to people like Bill Cowher then you will see that the only difference is TB12. Ask yourself if Cowher drafted TB12 instead of Tee Martin would we even be talking about Belichick or the Patriots?

I never saw them as massive upgrades to be honest. It just seemed like more of the same stuff.
