Peach cobbler made easy

PEACH COBBLER

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 can (large) peaches
(cinnamon to taste)

Butter pan. Pour in can of peaches. Mix together melted butter, flour, sugar, and milk. Pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. (You can sprinkle a little sugar on top, it browns better)

Love those peaches. I heard that they were small this year due to lack of rain.

I am probably gonna get scorched on this, especially since I am Southern born and bred, but I can not stand peach cobbler. To me it has the aroma and taste of diesel fuel.

Has anyone tried this adding about a cup of fresh blueberries to the recipe? I have had it before but don't know if it is the same recipe.

I just put a peach & blueberry cobbler on my Holland Grill which cooks at around 375-400F.

On the charcoal grill I have two Beer Can Chickens going one with orange juice marinade and one with a wine marinade and a pork roast stuffed with garlic, onions and hot peppers. This should last us a few days with some pasta salad and baked beans which are also on the Holland Grill.

I figure the cooking time to be about four Red stripe beers. Glad I bought a couple of cases before Hurricane Dean hit Jamaica.
