Slightly off-topic, but these mid-season coach firings need to stop. The only reason to do it is to get a jump on the next coach, and the only way to get a jump is to poach someone who is coaching for a playoff spot right now.

When you fire your coach, you have given up on your season and probably the next season also. This comes with the territory.
