Alabama native Charles Wilber set world records for the most tomatoes per plant and the tallest tomato plant.
I'm so glad I didn't have to actually be there to enjoy the music (have the CDs & watch the documentary)
Furthermore, all I see when I look at that is ... stinky mud, stinky people, and stinky smoke

I met few super inspiring gents on my WA trip. The fella pictured is a 80 year old that chatted with me for an hour on the shoreline of ocean beach after his body surf. He gets in the ocean every day no matter where he is in the world, never in a wetsuit… he told stories of surf sessions, crazy shark encounters and even a time where he got a wave off the inside of @kellyslater at cloud break-Fiji on a massive swell…. A rich history of ocean stories that could only be experienced by constantly getting yourself in the briney…as good as all those stories were, his best message to me was how swimming in the sea everyday has healed him physically, emotionally and kept him so vital, so alive and so fizzing on surfing and the energy of mother ocean… even on that day it was a 30 knot onshore wind, rain and cold and he was happy to talk with me for over an hour with just his wet boardies on and a massive smile and appreciation for life… he let me take a quick portrait of him before it went totally dark and I tell ya I didn’t just take a picture home from that afternoon, I tapped into a man’s lifetime devoted to the sea and I loved it… thanks Legend

I was just looking through some old photos and saw this one of my Mom and I sitting in my den as I was showing her some of my music. I believe that's an STP CD in my hand.
She and my step-dad drove over from the east coast to visit me after I bought my first home in the early 90's in Lehigh Acres (Ft Myers).
That's the room I also set up my NASHBAR roller trainer to ride my road bike while watching "The Love Connection" with Chuck Woolery, whenever I elected to ride inside rather than out.
