I’m starting to feel more optimistic. I’m changing my tune in a big way. I think Alabama comes out in a flex muscles mode rather than trying to attack our weakness. That has you fall behind and try to play catch up which leads to good things for us. 38-27 LSU. Is that the fan in me coming out and realism is put aside? We shall know in about 14 hours (it is on CBS!) Enjoy the beautiful day folks.

As an aside, my Catholic parish outside of Nola is celebrating 300 years today on the birthday of our namesake, St. Charles Borromeo. It’s also my wife’s xx birthday and my Mom’s 81st.

No, nothing special. Just thinking about how we’ve progressed. If we have our defense that showed up for the Ole Miss game, we are getting blown out. But, I truly believe we are getting better, even with lack of experience in the defensive backfield. Our offense is clicking. It has me a little more confident we can win.
