Well it is a new week so time to pick the score. Next up is Colorado State. This game won't be close, and I haven't watched State play this year so this score is a wild guess. Hehe.

Bama wins 48-13

Not a super crazy score; AJ plays enough to exercise our multiple offense, but I hope to see a lot of zone read plays from Sims in the 2nd half. I really enjoy watching us do that; hope it will work out to where I get to see a quarter or more of it.

I say we don't show much, we have a big game against Ole Miss the next week. Our defense wants to make a statement though.

Bama wins 35-3

I watched a little CSU and their defense is not good! I think we run for a ton... the frosh RB's go nuts in the second half. Del Rio gets ripped by Saban for not taking a knee on last play.

63-6

i have to wonder how much the flooding out there is impacting C State's prep this week.

9/13: Disaster area declared for Fort Collins, northern Colo.
Numerous schools are closed including the Poudre School District, Front Range Community College and Colorado State University
9/14: Fort Collins escapes wrath of N. Colorado flooding

Hard to say.
They played Cal-Poly at home on Saturday, and won.
I imagine prep for that game would have been under the worst flooding circumstances.

Really tough to pick the score on games like this. If we struggle on Offense then the starters stay in until we get to about 35 points. If the Offense is clicking we yank the starters at about 35 point to not embarrass CJM. So how much time is left for the 2nd and 3rd teamers to get work and will they score at will?

I mainly want a Defensive shutout to gain some confidence back and start getting our D stats back down (allowing 26 PPG).

Uh l will go Bama 45-0... and hopefully Chris Black and Geno Smith get on the field and everyone who's nicked up heals up and no other injuries with a very dangerous Ole Sis team on the horizon.

It will be pretty slow day for any individual, but we get plenty of reps for the 2nd and 3rd string who score at least one TD.
