My vote was both, but I actually have a preference.

Because my seats are in Section K, I like afternoon games the best. It's still during the day, but the sun is at our back for the first quarter or so and then it is only hitting the east stands so we're in the shade. Sorry for those of you on the east side, but I do love day games because we have time to PARTY after the game and it's not late. After night games you are usually dead and just want to get home and go to sleep. Also, you don't get the opportunity with night games to watch a lot of other games that day.

Coming in from out of town, the day games are usually easier for me because I have the option of driving back home after the game.

However, night games are great because they allow us to come in, spend all day on campus, then go to the game that night.

To me the atmosphere is pretty electric whether it's a day or night game, so that part makes no difference to me.

Night!

Night games by far. It gives you a chance to mill around campus before the game and it's much cooler at night. There's also a more electric atmosphere at night. I never understood the excuse about driving back home at night. If people are that affraid of driving at night, then maybe they should not be on the roads to begin with.
Give us our night games!

Day Games

I sit in the West stands so after about 3:45 it begins to shade because the sun is at our back. So my family loves the 2:30 games, because it's not to early and you don't end up getting home at 1 a.m. like you might would after a 6:45 start say on ESPN.

Man, I am shocked at some of you who just don't know how to tailgate!

Some of you put tailgating as the reason to have night games! The game time that is difficult to tailgate at is the 11:30 Jefferson Pilot games. When we play those games we are normally in T-town by 8:30. However, everything else gives us PLENTY of tailgating time. For 2:30 games we're there by 9:30 or 10:00 and believe me, 3 or 4 hours is plenty of time to tailgate!

Don't forget...start on those bloody mary's in the morning and you'll be fine!

How about

, say 4 a.m.

Hey, I'm a morning guy.

The benefits:
a.The coolest part of the day.

b.Tailgate your breakfast. Have a different cuisine.

c.Not much traffic on the roads.

d.You'd have a combo night/day game.

e.People on the west side would get to see a wonderful sunrise as the sun arose in the east.

f. all day for victory celebration and more tailgating.

g. rest of the day for all the other great games on the tube.

I could go on. But probably wouldn't work due to large number of morning grouches amongst us.

Love the Night Games

My family and I love the night games because we ride down from Nashville early in the morning. Get to Bruno's at about 10:00 to pick up some necessities and arrive at the quad by 11:00 to just kick back, enjoy the scenery, watch or listen to other games, whatever we want to do. It's our tradition. And we'll definitely be there Sept. 4.

ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!
