Question about contacting the UA ticket Office

I need some help about contacting the ticket office I paid for some tickets to the Bama/Fsu game on my credit card now I am needing to cancel my card but since the tickets were not garanteed I would like to tell them just to forget about them and refund my money but I do not know how to do that or if I can do that any help would be appreciated thanks
