Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta Casserole
3 Chicken Breasts - cooked and cubed
1 pound penne pasta - cooked and drained
1 pint heavy whipping cream
black pepper to taste
1 cup cubed cooked Black Forest Ham
1 cup grated Swiss Cheese
Parmesan Cheese - one half cup
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh grated Pecorino Romano
Heat whipping cream in heavy saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Add parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste and cook over low heat until sauce thickens. Add chicken, ham and penne pasta. Place in casserole dish and top with parsley and Pecorino Romano cheese. Bake in oven at 350 until hot.
