Get a load of the East. Every one has at least two losses and most 3. Who will make it to Atlanta?

I had wanted SC to win out just because it would be much better to face a 1 loss team than a 2-3 loss team in Atlanta. The SEC East has a 3-9 record vs the West!

With Green back at UGA they are going to be tough. I can't see SOS keeping USCe playing well enough week in and week out to make it.

The winner of the USC/UGA game should be the team that goes. Unless UT can end up 5-3 starting this week :)

East is a mess, seems no one wants it. Oddly enough, even after the loss at KY, USC is still in the driver's seat... of course everyone now knows that as Lattimore goes, so goes USC. Unstoppable in first half with him, can't move the ball in 2nd half without him.

Right now Arky, not Florida, looks to be USC's biggest hurddle...the USC pass D is not very good.

I remember back in 2000, the Barn had 3 SEC losses and went onto Atlanta to play Florida and got blown out. God knows what is going to happen. Vandy could win the East

I am not going to make any predictions until the last regular season game. I would have said USC but their performance against Kentucky is mind-boggling. I don't understand how Kentucky got crushed by Florida but beat USC. I am looking forward to USC vs Florida, though.

I think the SEC East record against the West is actually 2-10.
I've always heard about how the SEC East has been the better division, but that is not the case. The SEC West is something like 20 games over .500 against the SEC East since the divisions were formed in 1992.

The problem the SEC West winner faces is the championship game will not help with SOS. If Bama goes to Atlanta, SOS will not be boosted too much (if any) because of the oppoenent. That is the main reason Bama needed USCe to win out. Of course, an undefeated LSU or Auburn really won't have the SOS problem like Alabama will.

Agreed, but it would help Bama in the human polls to beat the one team that we lost to in the regular season. So, even with 2 or 3 losses, I hope that we play USCe in the SECCG.

The SEC east is really hurting our chances of getting back to the BCSCG even if we win out. They picked a bad year to be down.
