Entre: Slow Cooker Pork and Sweet Potatoes

Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over pork and potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or adjust if you need too.
Remove pork and slice.
Serve juices over pork and sweet potatoes.

Do the sweet potatoes not get too mushy if you cook them the whole time?

Since I am single I use less pork which means less cooking time so I can't answer for the original receipe. I only cook for 2 1/2 hours which worked out fine for me.
