After botching last weeks prediction, well I did get the boot right, let me try to redeem myself. I got a week ahead of myself, this is the week Gregg wins reward and chooses Jen (no surprise there) and Katy (not Steph) to go to a resort. At the resort Gregg will try to recruit Katy into his new alliance of himself, Jen and Ian (he thinks). But, Ian seeing who Gregg chooses to go on reward with him, sees where he is in the new pecking order and gets with Tom and Caryn. Ian has Katy well under control so I think Gregg is “DEAD MEAT” this week unless he wins immunity.

My new boot order is:
Gregg - tonight
Caryn
Tom
Jen
Final 2 - Ian and Katy

I agree with your list except that I think Tom may make it to the final two. They need to boot Gregg tonight, and his girlfriend next week!

Wonder when the finale is for Survivor?

Don't they ususally have a 2 hour Survivor for the final four and have the final that Saturday or Sunday night after the 2 hour special and a reunion right after that? That would put the 2 hour special on May 19 and the final on the 21-22. I might be a week off.

Here is the reason I don't think Tom makes it to the final 2. Nobody including Ian wants to go against him in the final. Therefore I think Ian will vote with the girls to get rid of Tom then the Ian / katy / Jen final three will have Ian and Katy outlasting Jen putting them in the final two. Ian can beat Katy IMO.

I hate that I missed last week's episode! At any rate, I'm hoping for the boot to be applied in the following order:
Gregg/Jen (in any order, I don't care, just go already!)
Caryn
Katy
Tom & Ian in the final two (who wins is up for grabs and I could be happy with either winning).

For this to happen, Tom has to win immunity from here out (hey, Colby did it in the Outback, why not Tom?). I think Tom will pick Ian over Katy to take to the final two because he'd feel better having Ian beat him out...he just seems like that kind of man.

Looking forward to tonight's episode!

Well, I was right about Gregg, but I thought it would be Tom that would win immunity. Not so sure about Katy making it to the final 3 after tonight.

What makes me madder than anything is the way Katie was acting before tribal council and how it showed her acting next week. "Oh you lied to me" and crying and all that crap when she just got thru saying while she was away on her trip that she was going to align herself with the most powerful and Tom and Ian werent it anymore.

Gregg's departing words, "You guys are good". The look on his face was priceless. The look on Katy's face was priceless also. She never saw that coming. Wonder if Tom will find out Ian and Katy had a chat?

I might have to rearrange my boot order.

Jen - next week
Tom
Caryn
Ian and Katy - still my final two. Unless Ian gets stupid. If it is Tom, Caryn, Ian and Katy in the final four, who wins immunity will play a huge part in who goes. The way it looks now anyone could get hoodwinked. Caryn has a little side alliance with Tom, Tom with Ian and Katy, but doesn't trust Katy. Ian with everyone but needs to get rid of Tom and he knows it. Katy trying to get rid of everyone she can't beat which would put her trying to get rid of both Tom and Ian.

What was a rather boring start of this series has started heating up. Everyone is really playing the game. I saw Katy throwing a tantrum in front of Ian and Ian backing down. Wonder how much of that was for show? It was smart to get rid of Gregg yet dumb in aother way. The power has once again swung in favor of the women 3-2. Wonder if Tom and Ian considered that?

I'm pretty sure Ian told Tom he would tell Katy ahead of time. Remember him saying to Tom "Katy won't want it to go to picking stones," or something to that effect?

I am so happy Gregg is gone. If Tom, Ian and Caryn are smart they'll stick together to the end and get rid of Jenn next week then Katy after that. From next week's previews it looks like Katy shows her hind-end and that could go two ways: (1) Ian gets guilted into keeping a strong alliance with Katy, and Jenn by proxy, and then vote against either Caryn or Tom...whichever doesn't win immunity OR (2) Ian turns against Katy and lumps her in the "vote off soon" category.

I don't foresee the females coming together. Caryn already showed she's not up for that. She's smart enough to recognize the cracks in the trust that are emerging and I believe she'll be the surprise in the final three. I don't think Katy's smart enough to work herself to the final three despite the alliance between her and Ian & Tom. I do see Jenn finding some way to use Katy's tantrum to her advantage and sticking around another week. She came awfully close to staying in the immunity chase last night. If she pulls that off next week Katy could easily be gone.

This is the part of the game I like the best!

Gender lines are drawn as one group hatches a plan to vote off the Survivor who doesn't win Immunity.

One Survivor feels betrayed when the winner of a Challenge chooses a different tribemate to enjoy the Reward.

Going into Tribal Council, one Survivor holds the power and is torn between an alliance and a friendship. Which way will the vote swing?

That gives me some clues. Next week is the car challenge (no I don't know the make and color). The winner of the car gets to take someone with them on the reward trip. Ian wins but he has promised Katy to take her on reward. Katy just came off a reward trip so Ian takes Tom. Perhaps this is why Katy is throwing a fit.

The girls decide to take out Tom, but Tom wins immunity so Katy can't write down Ian's name and switches to Caryn. I'm going back to my origional boot list of
Caryn - next
Tom
jen
Ian and Katy are still my final two. Ian wins.

Wow! The next show promises to be interesting doesn't it? Figured the only way Tom would remain safe would be by winning immunity.

I bet Katy does throw a fit for Ian picking Tom over her for the reward challenge.
