The Good - Ty, Jam, Brooks, Horton, the defensive stands that counted.

The Bad - Pass protection and the OL in general. What's up with D. Jackson? Missed Facemask on Proctor's run.

The Ugly - Targeting, especially the hit on Meadows.
Upcoming puke orange.

The Good: W against a pretty good team, more patience/commitment to the run
The Bad: Once again, the SEC deserves better than the imbeciles they allow to wear stripes...
The Ugly: Little Eli stomping his feet and crying like a spoiled petulant child (See above).

The good: ty is a warrior. Made some ice cold plays.

The bad: defensive play calling on that last td drive.

The Ugly: florida state just lost their third straight in the Almost Competitive Conference. Looks like gus put all his eggs in one basket. Just shows ya, you gotta wake up and choose violence every saturday.
After beating Alabama FSU needed to either win out, or fall like a rock. They need to keep falling to get as far away from Alabama as possible.

Alabama just needs to keep winning.

I'm going to jump straight to Ugly since I was at the game at CoMo with my twin boys yesterday...

After the game, we waited along with handful of Bama fans outside of the stadium near the team charter buses. My boys wanted pictures with whichever Bama players were willing to walk over to our area. We got a handful of players and two players that stood out and was being very respectful to my boys and chatted with them for a bit were QB Keelon Russell and LB Duke Johnson. We just missed Ty Simpson as he was the last one to get on the bus as the team was waiting on him but he yelled over to us from about 100 feet away to say he was very sorry that he couldn't come over as he was running to the bus. To the ugly part - my boys yelled for Ryan Williams to come over for a picture. He walked in our direction to take pictures with some of the older kids/adults. As he was about to approach to my boys, he then suddenly turned away to walk towards the bus after making solid eye contact with them along with his creepy smile after my boys told them if he could please take a picture with them. Now, I don't know what has gotten into Ryan Williams head this season but he is reminding me of Terrell Owens with his behavior. After yesterday, I know my boys will forever remember the chats they had with Keelon and Duke as we are definitely big fans of them from this point on.

To be fair, I don't think it was intentional... to compare him to Terrell Owens .. Eh... that's drastic.
I've seen pictures of him signing autographs for kids after game and to be honest, that's another whole story and different thread with Ryan and his issues this season. There's some theory out there.. But I hate that you and your kid had a bad experience with him and I'm glad you got to meet Russell and Johnson. your kid definitely will remember that moment. Here's hoping you'll get to meet Ty this season.

I don’t even think a TO comparison in terms of TO is really fair. I’ve met TO numerous times… fantastic guy off the field as long as you aren’t coming across as someone who is trying to start stuff or get stuff from him. He is constantly down where I live because he still has people in Alex City. He is a huge Bama fan too.

As far as Ryan… I’m going to say unless something has drastically changed in the last two to three years then it’s not intentional. Ryan was always someone that I’ve known to be one of the most humble and community and team first guy at Saraland. Yeah he does the flashy stuff on SM and with dances but off the field he is a totally different guy.

As far as what is going on this year i think it’s a mixture of pressure, bad mechanics, injuries, and the fact that he is finding himself as the #3 guy. That and he has taken some very vicious hits that aren’t being called targets.

I hate that about the RW experience. I had a bad experience as a kid with Rafael Palmeiro. It made me real mad (as an 11 year old). I highly doubt RW meant anything malicious out of it. These younger people these days can't focus on o e train of thought for any length of time. It is very realistic that he was headed over there to your boys then another thought popped in his head and he chased it. I see it A LOT in younger people today. Ive got five kids and four of the five are just like this.

I think you stated this very well.

While I was at Alabama in the late 90s, I was friends with a number of the football players. Bases on my experience, I will say this. Most fans have no idea what it is like to be in the shoes of players. A lot of fans expect 18 and 19 year olds to sign an autograph or speak to them just because. If a player doesn’t want to that is their right.

As someone who used to be in the autograph business i think too many casual autograph seekers just don’t understand how many “fake” fans and how many legitimate requests these players receive just by walking to the gas station. You can’t really get mad about a simple denial.

Yeah there are a lot of people who hunt down Autos just to flip for profit.

It’s gotten bad in many areas of sports and entertainment.

Lots of celebrities charge really high rates now for signing because they were tired of people profiting off their signature.

So it’s probably really off putting for an 18-21 yo to get hounded about it constantly.

I’ve got a lot of problems with RW the Player on the field but turning down an Auto off the field isn’t one of them.
