This nickname was given to an Australian DL Colin Scotts who went to Hawaii and then played in the NFL for a few years. He later used that moniker in a short-lived pro wrestling career.

Well, his initials are JW, and Australia is known for a lot of Great White sharks, and he's white and hopefully great, so maybe we call him JaWs. And play the spooky treacherous music from Jaws after he's attacked another QB or RB.

before you think about calling the guy Down Under Thunder go google Thunder From Down Under Las Vegas and I think you'll find it has a different meaning. And if you've been there you've see this pasted all over the town on billboards... And, no, I haven't been. But my wife wanted to go.

...OK, OK... a fan of the show... Oh, and guys.... Regardless of what RT says, you do not want to google "Thunder From Down Under" while at work unless you want men to start winking at you.

I think we should do something that ties in his name. The reason Mt. Cody caught on so well is the TV announcers had to say his name anyways, so it was easly to just stick a Mount in front of it. Having said that, nothing really comes to mind. I like Jaws the best out of everything. Jaws Williams! lol

This thread is hilarious. I am sticking with J-Dubya.

I strongly believe we should stay away from any down under thunder, crikey or crocodile Dundee type nicknames for sure. Also please no aussie avalanch, big red rock, or aboriginal names either.

It will be interesting to see if any nickname does come up and stick with Jesse like Mount Cody did with Terrence.
