1) Hot springs; great backpacking that will blow you away if you enjoy the outdoors
2) Fishing; now you can backpack and have a goal at the end of the trail: world-class trout
3) Team Colors, for some reason I really like red and white football uniforms...
4) Bryant birthplace, along with the good ole BILLY BOB THORNTON, told you he wasn't acting in Sling Blade

Also, for people who can't read (yeah yeah pot kettle black...) they have birthed some good writers like Maya Angelou and John Grisham. If you like folk music Johnny Cash, Jimmy Driftwood (battle of N.O.) and Iris Dement are from there as well. Trying to get some lovin'? Put on Arkansas' Al Green and get jiggy. I could mention Lefty Frizzell and Conway Twitty but they may be pushing it. However, one of my favorite comedians of all time BILL HICKS is from the ArKansas as well. RIP Bill, you and the aforementioned others represented your state very well.

I said four years ago that Petrino would turn the Hogs around and he certainly has. This is a key game for Arky but not one that makes or breaks the season. I know we'll get their best shot but it won't be enough so it's wait until next year again for the Hogs.

There, IMO that was "something nice".

In addition to all that has been mentioned above, in my experiences the Hog fan base are some of the nicest and entertaining folks to be around on gameday...wish I could say that about some other schools but I cannot.

I do not know about the rest of you but I love the pig hats they wear...very creative.
