Question: The Waysider wait times on gameday

Okay, so random question...I'm planning on taking a friend to the SJSU game and he's never been to T-Town. I was thinking of taking him to the Waysider that Saturday morning, but it's been so long since I've been there, I'm not sure how long the wait might be. Could anyone estimate how long they waited on game day last year? I just want to get an idea.

Shouldn't be too bad for an evening kick-off. It's really murder when the game's at 11:30. For SJS game I'd say little to no wait if you're there early (before 9am) and maybe half hour wait after that.

Yeah, for an evening kickoff the wait can vary widely. I would recommend getting there at a reasonably early time (like between 7 & 8) and be prepared for something like a 30 minutes wait, but don't be surprised if it's shorter or a little longer than that.

I believe they open at 7 and when I've gotten there at that time I didn't have to wait very long. after that, it can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours

My wife and I go before every game we attend (regardless of kickoff time) and show up between 6:30am and 7:00am and hardly ever have to wait. However when we leave there is usually about a dozen or so waiting. Good luck

Even if the line is outside, the wait has never been too long, imo. Worth it.

I usually go the Sunday morning after and have never waited more than 30 minutes. Man what I would give for some of their biscuits right now.

I hear you about the biscuits. I ate at the City Cafe last month and was dissapointed in the biscuts. I have never eaten at the Waysider before.
