Thoughts on Au, SECC, and NC

As I sit in my easy chair, I'm curious if any of you share my thoughts.

Do not get me wrong, I would love to win the NC. With that in mind, I can't help but think about Auburn. In fact, I am consumed with November 29. My father always taught me to take small steps towards one's goal.
-First step: Throttle AU, and take back the state.
-Second step: Take back the southeast and its major conference.
-Third step: Take our proper place in the nation as an elite program.

If we win the NC this year all these steps will have fallen into place. But I want Auburn. This streak must end this year! Right now I want them more than I want anything else.

Does anyone else feel the same as I? Just curious

We have had numerous threads on this subject and most of us agree we want the streak at Auburn to end now. I feel very good that will happen this year if we don't get sloppy towards the end of the season.

The MSU streak will end this season also I feel confident enough to announce it early .

We will not get upset at homecoming to Arkansas St. so what if they beat aTm.

I would like to win both the LSU and Tennessee games but if it came down to which one I want most it would be LSU. A Tennessee victory over the Tide might keep Fullmer around for a few more beatings down the road.

I almost feel guilty wanting and thinking about AU. I know the NC should be the ultimate goal. But I am so overwhelmed with thoughts of them waving five fingers in the air at BDS two years ago. Of coarse the six at their place. I just think that I may have my priorities all screwed up.

the 'barn' has got to burn this year...I want this win more than any other this year...the barnies around here need to have their ego destroyed...it's being trampled a little right now, BUT a beating by the Tide will destroy them...that's what I want...
