I curse a lot, like a sailor (hey, my grandfathers were in the navy...it's in my blood), sometimes yell at inanimate objects, occasionally throw things. Usually when watching Bama sports, so it's pretty contained. ;)

Tomorrow I'm opting for lead and gunpowder therapy. I'm not really angry, but am looking forward to shooting a round of sporting clays to relieve stress.

I usually like to do something active, work in the yard, do pushups, swim, ride a bike, etc. If I just go off to think I wind up sulking. If I play a video game or some other mindless activity it makes it worse, yet I don't want to do anything that requires deep thought.

When I was *much* younger, I'd go hit golf balls into the Choctawhatchee Bay. But then I figured out that I'm so very bad @ golf that I was actually adding to my anger by reminding myself how much suction I create in Golf. So I substituted going to a batting cage. This caused me to realize that I'm only sightly better @ hitting a baseball than @ hitting a golf ball. So I subbed yardwork. Then I realized that I really am not very good @ that either. So finally, now that I'm old & all, I've subbed having a cold beverage out on my back deck. That I'm pretty good at doing, and it works like a charm.
