The Trial of the Penis Grandma

Fairhope has a reputation for grace and good sense. So how did a simple No Kings protest end with a Southern grandma facing jail time?

In a lacy pink church dress and flowery pink sweater, her gray-blond hair clipped back with a heart-shaped bobby pin and pearls peeking through her sweater’s neckline, the penis grandma of Fairhope, Alabama, watched as a parade of witnesses testified that she wasn’t a threat to the community.

That fact was obvious if you had watched the viral video that had bestowed the 62-year-old woman with several phallic nicknames. But somehow, Renea Gamble had found herself a criminal defendant, accused of posing a danger to her peaceful Southern city.

A new poll found that most Americans say they believe President Trump is mentally and physically unfit to serve as commander in chief.

The Washington Post-ABC News-Ipsos poll found that 59 percent of U.S. respondents said that Trump does not have the mental sharpness it takes to lead the country. Forty percent of respondents said the president is mentally equipped for leadership, and 1 percent of participants skipped the question.

Comparatively, 55 percent of U.S. adults said Trump is not in good enough physical health to serve as president, while 44 percent disagreed and 1 percent of survey participants skipped the question.

More than half of respondents, 54 percent, said they do not believe the president is a strong leader.

Sixty-seven percent of survey participants also said they don’t think Trump carefully considers important decisions.

The responses fall in line with separate recent surveys indicating the president’s disapproval rating reached a new high.

yes. has mr. spillman?
It says he is only 33, so I doubt it.

Also, hasn't there been other stories about secret service agents in the past? I seem to remember one about strip clubs a while back.

Edit: It wasn't strippers, it was Columbian sex workers 2012 and some sexting in 2013.

$1 billion from us tax-payers for this ballroom that was supposed to be $400 million and privately funded. Then entire reconciliation bill is a joke. Tossing $72 billion from tax payers at Trump pet projects while the economy is going south for normal Americans.

It’s pathetic that the GOP are using the assasination attempt to stick it to tax payers in the name of “security upgrades”. The correspondents dinner would not be held at this new ballroom even if it was already completed because it is a third party private event.

TRUMP TO SCHOOL KIDS: “Iran was two weeks away from having a nuclear weapon and killing you.”

ENOUGH. It’s one thing to watch him lie to the American people but lying to and propagandizing kids on national television is TOO FAR.

lol. Those kids are wondering what this stupid old man is talking about. I'd call it grooming, but that comes from their loony MAGA parents more than him.

A couple of salient points about using the shooting to justify government funds :
1. The White House Correspondents Dinner was a private affair, not an official government function.
2. Trump didn't even bother showing up for previous ones. We all know why.
3. The proposed ballroom wouldn't even be large enough to handle the WHCD.

They should continue with the underground bunker aspects of this thing and 86 the ballroom.

I don't know much about the proposed ballroom design. Is it just proposed concept drawings or are there actual permitted construction documents (CDs)? If there aren't actual CD drawings that will take awhile to design then the construction of said design and we are looking at about a year to completion if not more. Sometimes renovations can be an even bigger pain in the butt than new construction and can take even longer. Especially if the client is too involved and is a jerk. I would have used a more harsh term but Tidefans rules prevent me from using the actual word I want to use. My point is the client will not be able to use the space he actually wants if we actually follow the rules. I know the magas want a third term and cheeto Jesus thinks he deserves it, but good God can we please just follow the law just this once?

This week, at a White House event about physical fitness, Donald Trump asked a boy, “You think you could take me in a fight?”

We at YouGov thought that was a striking question, and promptly asked 2,609 Americans whether they thought an eight-year-old boy, a typical American, and themselves could win a physical fight with Trump.

66% of U.S. adults say an average American would beat Trump, while 10% say Trump would win.
