I am also watching Iowa vs Rutgers. It is tied at 14 in the first quarter. This is the most points Rutgers has ever scored against Iowa.

Iowa/Rutgers tied at 21-21 w/2:40 left in the first half.

Rutgers just has a FG boink off the right side goal post upright....or they would have the lead.
