Just a thought, but shouldnt the players perhaps KNOW fundamentals by the time they get to SEC college basketball....

Ah, forgot about the tiebreaker, so we would play Miss. St. in the second round if we made it through the first.

MJS, few HS players know the fundamentals by the the time they get to college. Whatever knowledge they had is normally overwhelmed by the extra speed, jumping ability, etc., etc., that they find when they transition to college. It's really up to the college HS to mold them into SEC team players...

Game 2: Miss State
Game 3: Ark./Vandy/S. Carolina (most likely Vandy or Ark)
Finals: Florida (most likely)

That's not great but not impossible

Sorry, college HC. You see some college teams that seem supremely prepared. They get back on defense. They box out on rebounds. They look for the open man. Other teams look completely the opposite. The difference is not that the former team all just had good HS HCs and came to the university already knowing an executing those things. The former team has an outstanding college HC...
