Received the following email at 2:15. Did the password reset and have yet to received an email from Ticketmaster to reset. Anyone else having this issue?
Your National Championship ticket(s) can now be accessed via mobile browser or CFBplayoff app.
Please carefully read and follow the instructions below to access your ticket(s):
• Visit www.collegefootballplayoff.com/bama or click the Account Manager log in below.
• WE HAVE ALREADY SET UP AN ACCOUNT FOR YOU! You'll just need to set up a password to log in. This is NOT your school account, this is a new account for the championship.
• On the sign in page, click FORGOT PASSWORD.
• In the pop up window, type in your email address - xxxxxxxxxxxxx - then click SEND to receive an email that will allow you to reset your password.
• GO TO YOUR INBOX and follow the instructions to reset your password.
• Upon password reset, you'll be able to sign in with your new credentials.
• Once signed in, click on the box displaying your ticket(s) and the College Football Playoff logo.
THESE ARE YOUR GAME TICKET(S). On game day, please sign in and show your ticket(s) for entry on your mobile device. Barcodes will display by the end of the week.
