That's an eclectic mix of schools in just about every way imaginable.

I think it would seem that way, but Miami is obviously the home town school. Ohio State is there because of Urban Meyer's ties to the state and commitment to recruiting his old stomping grounds. And Amari Cooper's emergence at Alabama has caught the eye of the skill talent in south Florida.

why are you so positive on fournette? also, elam is a HUGE lean to kentucky on the 247 crystal ball, robinson is a toss up between us and LSU, and I think we may get him in then end, which would be huge for our future LT.

Just have this feeling. I want hand though. It just seems as though we don't get these type of players for some reason!

When the majority of college programs run a 4-3 and recruiting against us, it is hard to convince a prospect that his skill set is best suited for a 3-4. He's hearing the same thing from a lot of angles. We deal with this same story with all the DTs, DEs, and Jack LB prospects we pursue.

I know national signing day is still far away but I'm curious as to who everyone thinks we close with considering we have only 7 spots open. It seems most think we will sign 7 o-lineman but with the numbers as they are I'll take a guess and say we finish with 6 with that spot going to Cameron Robinson. My guess which could change further into the season as to who we close with as of right now is Cameron Robinson OT, Marlon Humphrey CB, Hootie Jones S, Lorenzo Carter Jack/DE, Cameron Sims WR, Jalen Tabor CB, This last one is the one I'm confused on. I think it will be a D-lineman but not sure who gets the last slot. I assume most think it should or could be Matt Elam so my pick which may be way off is Elisha Shaw. I didn't slot in Leonard Fournette just because as much as I think he likes Bama and we are in good standing LSU's depth at RB is literally the opposite of ours which I think catapults him into the starting lineup day one. Hope I'm wrong and again just my guess and prediction. Would love to hear everyone else's thoughts and opinions. Roll Tide #16

I have Tyler Luatua in my mix of one of the final seven slots and agree with you on LF.

Robinson has publicly said he is 50/50
Hootie is an LSU lean, IMO
Humphrey is a lock
According to some insiders, Sims is a lock, but the previous info I had had him to OM.
Tabor is a Maryland lean
Elam is a UK lean currently
Carter is likely 50/50 between us and UGA
Luatua is not a lock, but not necessarily a take, IMO.
Fournette privately loves Bama....but it'll be hard to turn down LSU.
Mama isn't likely
