USC vs Virginia Tech-Who wins and by how much?

Do not forget that this is a VT home game. Last year VT beat Miami. First game. Would not be suprised to see USC come in flat, relying on all their hype to win.

I think Ill have to go out on a limb also and pick VT. As usual there special teams should be excellent. So one slip up by USC on special teams could turn the game in VT favor. Plus I think with it being the first game of the season both teams will still have alot of kinks to work out. Which ever teams makes the best halftime adjustment will probably pull it out in the end. But I do hope VT wins because Im tired of hearing USC this and USC that....

A few obs...

USC isn't as deep as they expected to be in the WR position.

Va Tech always plays well in the first 3/4 of the season.

It'll be a match of running games, I expect. Va Tech, can they stop the run? Based on history, I'd say so.

21 point fav? In better terms, Va Tech and the points. W or L? Never, underestimate Beamer and his special teams.

USC names the score, they will win by whatever margin old Pete wants. If he leaves the first-teamers in there, this game could get ugly.

BUT I will be pulling for VirTech because USC has no one on their puff schedule to knock them off.
