He has no QB. Consider this: Mettenburger is a huge drop off from Jefferson.

I think the players want it, but Les is being unbelievably conservative.

No confidence in Mettenberger and rightfully so. Hard to believe he was a 4-star guy. He's worse than the Lee / Jefferson combo.
