Dang, that's at least the second time in the past couple of games she's gotten doubled off. I mean, rule #1 with less than 2 outs is to wait in case a line drive is caught. We got any other pinch runners in the dugout?

Wow. I'm on FMLA, caring for my mother. Of course, the one night her tv says "no connection found" is right before this game started. LOL. I usually consider my watching to be bad luck, though, so maybe the softball gods are watching. A win here would be HUGE.

My 88 year old father in law is watching the game with me. He was four year letterman in football at Delta State and was an all conference catcher on the baseball team his junior and senior year.

His comment a few minutes ago: “Fouts is a helluva pitcher, but this Bama team a well coached, and highly disciplined team. Those girls play with purpose and focus. That coach (Murphy) is worth every dime they pay him.”
