I just drink water - the need for electrolytes is largely overblown for a vast majority of people. If you're sweating all day long, sure, but for the typical 30-60 minute workout there's no need if you eat a decent diet.
I tend to sweat a lot. I have done only water at least once a week. Usually depends on the day. Yesterday was water, today is gatorade/water combo.

Today marks the seven-year anniversary of my first ruck - little did I know at that time what I was starting / getting into. Over these seven years, I’ve worn out an ‘indestructible’ ruck and 26 pairs of ruck shoes, while burning through 14,672 miles and 293,791 feet of elevation gain.

Find your exercise, do the work. Listen to your body but don’t make excuses. Figure out what foods help you to be your best and avoid the garbage pumped into highly processed foods.

It’s soooo worth it. Trust me.

Speaking of "Castaway"....saw it in a South Florida theater when it first opened with a girl I was dating at the time and her sister and her husband - a retired German boxing champion.

My gf was from Miami but her parents moved to Weston when things in Miami became too much for them to handle. We were down there visiting. Her Dad was a retired hs football coach and they knew many folks in the sports industry. In fact, Angelo Dundee and his wife came to dinner one night when we were there and I got to meet him. Nice folks - very down to earth. He signed and gave me his business card, which I still have.

That was one of those movies though - the kind that blow you away - especially the ending.

But I digress.......
