What is the most daring thing you've ever done?

I guess it would be leaving the United States. When everyone said all us Lefties should move to Canada we did an about face and headed south, better climate.

I just completed half my vacation trip by traveling from Martinique to St. Croix, US Virgin Islands in a 41 foot Luhrs fishing boat. Don't ask what my gas bill is. The trip is a bit daring, small craft in big water.

Totally decking myself out in all-Alabama attire and tailgating/attending API games (I lived in Auburn for most of my life). You get A LOT of evil stares and occasionally a few F Alabama's and Alabama sucks. The worst game ever was the 2006 AU/LSU game. I received hell from both sides of the fence.

I'm going to Gainesville this fall for a game and I plan on wearing all Crimson to that event as well

I remember you planning that. I bet the gas does suck.

My 2 partners and spouses are planning a sailing trip to BVI May or June 09. I think the 6 of us will have a blast. We probably won't want to go home.

I drove to Canada and back in one weekend in college. Not the most daring thing. More adventurous.
I backpacked across Europe for two weeks, sometimes sleeping on trains and such. Almost made it the whole two weeks without a BM.​

Bungee jumped off the New River Bridge while being influenced in certain Mescal dirivitives. Did not take long, but lasted a lifetime.
I have since become saner.

Quitting my job and going into business for myself. That means leaving the steady paycheck and all the attached benefits behind and putting the sole responsibility for supporting my family on myself alone.
There have been slow times to be sure, but after 13 years it's become a lot easier to "bring home the bacon" on a regular basis.
