Well, no worries. I smoked four slabs of baby backs and some chicken drumsticks yesterday and completely forgot to take pictures. I'm kicking myself today. I did get a picture of my UDS and Weber Kettle in action though...

Robert smoked a turkey breast the other day. It was amazingly delicious! I'm going to have to start taking pictures of his smoker exploits. He smoked a huge slab of redfish last week and frequently smokes ribs. He also smokes big blocks of cheese.
