Where has BJ Scott fallen on the depth? I thought he was going to be starting at corner, or aleast be on the field when we have several DB's in the game.:BigA:

We had this same discussion during the game Saturday. We kinda came to the conclusion that he must be in the doghouse, cause I could see Menzie beating him out, but not a true freshman (Milliner). I hate it for a guy that has as much talent as him....

I can see Dee beating him out. Dee was one of the best DB's coming out last year and came in for Spring practice. He's a guy that has played the position for years, so he is used to the basics. By now, BJ should know the system, but injuries have hampered him throughout his time at Bama. That might be the biggest thing.

This question has been asked, sometimes in separate threads, several times over the last couple of weeks. No answers, other than that he's been passed on the (non-existent) depth chart will be forthcoming. I will say this in general - not to be applied to his case at all - and that is that the really talented guys who've slipped down the DB rotation have been in the past guys who've not grasped CNS' extremely complex defensive scheme, for a variety of reasons. I don't know of any disciplinary issues with BJ...

I can't give an answer, but this thread title just made me think of the song, "Whatever Happened to Randolf Scott". Now its stuck in my head, lol
