Alabama vs. Ole Miss 1969 at Legion Field. The Scott Hunter-Archie Manning shootout.

Alabama vs. USC 1970 at Legion Field. Yeah, we lost. I was a recent Bama grad about to head off in the military. This was the last Bama game I attended with my dad. Still miss him, especially during football season.

Sure does count wat a great story, both of them.
Ever Notice how some Bama fans always want the back up in at QB? But the poor RB to play every down. just funny.
Truer words were never spoken! :D I have never been a fan of fans that complain. My only season as a student was 2000 and what a horrible year to be there! I mean UCF? Really? Not to mention Southern Miss! The student section was awful so I moved to my parents seats in the upper deck only to find that they were just as awful! I always wanted to turn to people and say, "well you go do it then." WHile I completely understood and felt their frustration I never enjoyed 18-22 year olds being yelled at for their mistakes. I think that the couple years after that made our fan base ten times more true blue and really allowed us to enjoy the good times!

Bama-Clemson in the Georgia Dome. I despise Clemson on a level none of you will ever understand. Personally, I'd like to burn the entire city down and make bricks with it. Short of that, it was highly enjoyable watching Bama beat the tar out of them.
HAHHAHAHAHA! I am pretty good friends with two Clemson Grads. The summer before that game all they talked about was "Thunder and Lightening" and kept ribbing me to come to their Clemson party where "everyone would be nice". I just took it. And at halftime, I shot out a text asking if they still wanted me to come over!

I've only attended one Alabama game and it was the 2009 Chick-fil-A kickoff game vs Virginia Tech. My team lost but that was a pretty awesome tailgate.

Even though you guys lost...the game was close in the 4th Quarter. It was the kind of game you want to watch that first weekend. Much more fun than the cupcake blowouts.

Bama vs. LSU in 2009! A must win for Bama in the SEC West! Here's a shot of the last ditch effort by Lee on LSU's last drive. This game was a bday gift.

I have 2 favorite games which mean little to most fans but meant the world to me. The first was being at UT in 08. My entire life I have loved and watch the Tide from tv. That night in 08 was the first time I got to watch my team take the field in person. I couldn't believe that after 30 years I finally got to watch my team live and in person. We had seats in the lower deck behind the band under the upper deck. You could not see the upper deck at all from our seats. I was just in a very happy place. The Tide rolled over the vols and when the band began the rammer jammer we walked down close to the band. As I walked down and looked into the upper deck all you could see was crimson in that stadium. I could hardly talk any more after cheering the entire game but I enjoyed every single word shouting at the top of my lungs the entire rammer jammer. It was a night I will never forget.

The second game was my first game at BDS in T-Town. It was the miss st. game that same year. I dont know how that game was compared to other games but CNS had put down the challenge for that game that it had better be what it should be. From watching the video before the game to the shakers and big al sounds on 3rd down. There is magic in the air on game day at BDS. There is no place like it and counting down the days until the next game day at BDS.

Got a few.

Iron Bowl in 1996. Great last minute win.
Regular season Florida game in 1999. Alexander for the win in overtime.
SECCG in 1999. The second time was sweeter, especially since we crushed them.
1998 LSU game. Heart stopper in the last 2 minutes with the clincher to Quincy Jackson with less than a minute to go.
LSU 1996. Welcome, Shaun Alexander!

I went to both of these games. UT game was VERY cool. It was my first away game, and I remember driving up with a friend. I couldn't believe the number of Bama cars headed to the game that we saw on the the way there. Very cool atmosphere, and I'll always remember watching the Vol fans file out of Neyland at the start of the 4th quarter.

The State game was a little less enjoyable mainly because of the weather. It was a night game, and it was VERY cold. Raining too....or it may have been sleet. My friend and I sat in the upper deck, and the wind was so strong. We were bundled up in blankets and everything. We finally just left when we couldn't take it anymore and watched the rest of the game in the Ferguson Center.
