Who is going to be drafted and where?

Do you guys know which bama players are going to be drafted today and possibly where? I saw on Scout where Tommy Hunter was awaiting the draft. You guys have any guesses?

Emeel Salem - top 15
I doubt Belcher or Paiml get drafted

we could have some signees get picked in the top 10 and sign - guys like Austin Bailey, Danny Danielson, Connor Hoehn and I'm sure I am forgetting someone. Our two JUCO pitching signees, Robert Phares and Jamie Manning, were drafted last year and could get picked again

Cale Iorg is draft-eligible. A bit of a long-shot, but you never know.

Also add Ross Wilson and Chase Weems as possibilities.

Because the new free agent compensation provisions in the new collective bargaining agreement, the supplemental first round ("sandwich round") will consist of a whopping 34 picks this year. I'm guessing that Hunter will be taken in the 2nd-5th, with Salem probably selected around the same time he was a year ago. I could see a team taking a flyer on Elvin Vargas with a late-round pick. Austin Hyatt, who was taken in the 22nd round out of high school, might garner some interest as well. Belcher could be a second-day selection for a team willing to give him a look as a center fielder, or perhaps take a chance on resurrecting his pitching career. Josh Copeland is another one who might sneak in there at some point.
