Naughty coach violates Tidefans policy right on the radio

I fail to see why anyone would get bent out of shape over the use of that word. If you're that sensitive to a little 4 letter word after watching on a weekly basis, the modern era's version of "Lions vs Christians" (college football) with all the blood and injuries and crippling hits, you need to start taking some serious meds.

or just watch "Hard Knocks" on HBO. they did the New York Jets this year...after 30 seconds of listening to Rex Ryan you will pray for somebody just to only say "S&*T"

My family and I were driving home from a family reunion when this happened. My wife was about half-asleep and I credit Coach for waking her up. She looked at me wide-eyed and I lost it. Being a former coach, I understand in the heat of the moment and those are some funny things that happen in a game most people do not get to hear. Barry Krauss sure did not know what to say!

You are not kidding! Just yesterday I asked my husband "what do you think Rex is saying" and he said "......................................." He knows two words outside of "...............".

Snot it was not...It could have been spit...No it was the other for sure...I'm disappointed that he would talk like this...Did he not say something about standards at UA? I wish he would raise his standards when it comes to his language...No excuse for that sort of talk.

i think all of you are misremembering what he said. i saw it live and even watched it again. he clearly said, "our defense is not playing at the level of excellence we demand and expect at this university. i will take this time at the half to calmly explain to them the importance of that and give each of them time to reflect on how they can be a part of the solution and not the problem.

After hearing him go off like that, I can think of only two things to say:
1. I'd hate to be on that Arkansas team this Saturday. :eek2: :BigA: :biggrin2:
2. If our D doesn't shut Arky down completely, then I'd hate to be them on Sunday.

It's football, not Sunday school. Just sayin. I'm with the rest of you, its probably pretty intense this week in practice; certainly hope so.

I understand what you're saying, but I also understand being in a state of mind at times to let my tongue get away from me momentarily! I believe Coach has a way of getting his message across that is loud and clear.
