Make em sit. Tattoos aren't cheap and they knew what they were doing. If you are only going to make people pay it back when they get caught, what is the incentive not to do it and try and get away with it?

You're exactly right. If all they have to do is pay it back if they get caught, nothing is going to stop them for doing it again.Make em sit. Tattoos aren't cheap and they knew what they were doing. This is nuts. Assuming free tattoos were received, just have the athletes pay for 'em or do some community service. I want Arky to win... but not by sitting the OSU starters.
If they can't pay for the tattoo, punishment should be to give 'em another tattoo.
So that's the new rule? No extra benefits...unless it's only a few hundred dollars? Now, is that per infraction? A hundred dollars here, a hundred dollars there, is fine as long as it's not a lot of money all at once? Or is it fine if it's just goods and services rather than cash?
Does anybody know if Terrell Pryor's father asked for the tattoos?
