OT Cyrus Kouandjio Updates

People that take what barners say about Bama recruiting to heart are just asking for heartburn. They go by the philosophy of if you throw enough stuff at the wall maybe some will stick. In my opinion the thing that gives this situation so much attention is that ESPN's Tom Luginbarner is predicting Cyrus Kouandjio to AU.

I believe he is wrong but with Cyrus Kouandjio still saying publically that he does not have an overall favorite and that he has not decided it creates confusion. Not only that it has given credibility to the barners and emboldened them to make their claims.

I think we all just need to take a step back from the debate and wait and let CNS and the Bama staff speak for us. It won't be long until we know the truth. I am still confident that Bama signs Kouandjio and a hopefully a few pleasant surprises on NSD.

In my opinion any Alabama fan or any other team's fans that are posting on any prospects social media site trying to recruit him, are just plain out of line, not to mention embarrassing. It could not be a responsible or very intelligent person making that sort of contact especially if that poster could be considered a booster violating NCAA's rules. The Internet is a very strange place and unfortuantely recruiting is being adversely impacted by it. Just say no to Facebook stalking.

I agree with you CS. I don't know why the players even accept friend requests from these people.

Agree. Rather we get CK or not, Bama will have an outstanding class one that will ultimately help Bama get to where they want to be. If CK wants to be a part of that, he is welcomed with wild open arms, but if not, I will wish him the best in his future endeavors and move on. Sweating over which 17-18 year will chose Bama is bordering on getting a visti from Chris Hansen. (wink, wink :) )

I am as stress free from recruiting this year because I realize there is nothing I can do about it. As long as Saban is in control then there is nothing to worry about.

What is your point? Those are posts from earlier in the day. This situation has been fluid and looks to be going back towards Bama.

I suppose I didn't have a point. Just have a little fun considering the momentum shifts going on here. But since you asked, do you honestly believe that Cyrus changed his mind 3 times over the past 3 hrs like people have across bama nation discussion boards? The only thing that's 'going back towards Bama' (or the barn) are peoples mood swings and whatever rumors are posted. When it comes to Cyrus, I think our moods are much more fluid than his recruitment over the past 3 hrs... and I include myself in that... I just dont jump off a bridge one hour and claim triumph the next.

I think the cause of the mood swings are people with different stories and their timing.
