I had a light stroke last Friday.

It was a bleeder, not a blood clot, so I was lucky, but it presents major problems since my le legs are essentially useless. I'm in rehab with the Rotary unit at the Mobile Infirmary possibly until Dec. 28. It was on the right side of my brain which is most damaging to the left side of my body which sucks because my left leg was the stronger of the two. My strength seems to be coming back pretty fast after only 3 days of rehab, so I'm optimistic that in time this will just be a temporary setback.

The worst thing is missing Butch, my little Boston Terrier and my bestest buddy.

So pray for me as our beloved Crimson Tide is rolling to #14. RTR!

That sucks, TMac - hope you're feeling better soon. Christmas in the hospital can't be very much fun (hope you've got some good-looking nurses, LOL). Prayers are out for you, buddy - get better soon. And I understand about missing your "bestest" friend - I've got one of those, too!
