I had a light stroke last Friday.

TommyMac, hope you continue to improve and get better. Always enjoy your posts. May you have a blessed Holiday Season. Prayers and best wishes sent to you. RTR

I've been busy in the kitchen so I missed this last evening. Sorry to hear about your uncooperative blood vessels in your noggin, BUT hopefully this will continue to clear itself up over the coming weeks. My father-in-law had a stroke two months ago and has, thankfully, managed to get most of his strength back. The position in space thing is another challenge, but it's progressing too.

Here's to a full recovery!

Thanks to you all for your kind words and prayers. I had a great day today. I saw Butch and we had a great time, even got to take him for a short walk in my power chair and saw him kill some shrubbery.

I didn't mention before, but I've had a horrible rash since day 2 and have been clawing myself to shreds because of it and have been operating with a minimum of sleep, but a very sharp nurse isolated it down to Zofran which was given to me after complaining of nausea. Never again, I'll just puke my guts out if there's a next time.

At any rate, things are looking up and I'm looking forward to a great day of PT tomorrow after a good night of sleep tonight.

Thanks again, your concern is much appreciated. RTR!

Glad you are doing much better. I have always enjoyed reading your posts. You seem to have a lot of "pluck and grit". My prayers are with you for a continued speedy recovery. Say hello to Butch for me. RTR.
