I had a light stroke last Friday.

Tommy, that little fellow will be waiting to comfort you when you get home. I would feel the same way with my cat of 8 years who's within 20 feet any time I'm home and has a spot on my bed at night. I know that makes it the more lonely.

You are a strong person, and as this shouldn't happen in this world, I know you will get yourself back to happiness.

You're in my thoughts and prayers.

T-Mac thanks for sharing your situation. Many can learn from others health issues if they just try. Keep up the hard work of rehab, remembering how much you have to gain from it. Rest is a key issue, but so is hard work to get as much strength back as possible. I will be praying for a quick recovery and hope you continue to post your progress. I love reading your posts on Tide Fans. Also, as a nurse I know the importance of all therapies, so tell those people at the rehab facility how important daily visits from Butch would mean to your emotional rehab. They should be able to accomodate this request.:smile:
