This is too funny. At my high school, the "turf management" class took care of all that... I can imagine some of the sillier girls in that class making this kind of blunder! haha

That reminds me of that commercial where a dog is hanging his butt out of the car window going down the road..And the guy driving tells the dogs owner.."Your dog is weird"..Then the dogs owner tells his dog.."You're not weird".."You're a trend-setter"..So that's what I'll call the folks that did that..Trend-Setters..LOL

I have been painting a field on two different occasions and some of the coaches helping me painted the wrong numbers on the lines and a G inside the endzone. If you don't pay attention you look bad and it is funny in the future, but not in the present. Needless to say when they painted the things in the wrong places they never had the opportunity to use the paint anymore. They were just string movers from that time on.

If they had been quick thinkers they could have put one on the other side of the 50 facing the opposite direction, just to sort of even things out, and say they planned it that way. Everyone would have been saying....riiiiggghhhttt. Who knows, might have started a new trend, have you seen all of the updated uniforms lately?

Here in Texas the hash marks for HS and college are the same width, or so I have been told. However, I do know that the NFL's are closer than colleges. They want a more wide open game by allowing the offenses have a more open field to work with on the short side of the field.
