I have the same question...
I think he is referring to the Eddie Jackson "commitment", not signing.

I'm sure he'll check back in. I can't see what the commitment of a guy we're going to use as a CB would have anything to do with Foster, who is pure receiver. We stay in touch with the recruits and keep them abreast of what's going on, so I'd be willing to bet Foster's been told that Jackson is coming in as a CB. Since he played both ways in HS, it's possible that some Pitt fans are hoping we're signing Jackson as a receiver, which might affect Foster...
you mean the same ones that told me 2 weeks before RF's announcement in december that he was leaning Tide. yeah, those are the onessame sources that were telling you there was no way he'd commit to bama?

btw, CNS spent yday down in FL with 4-star WR Cunningham....#21 WR on Rivals, #183 overall

How is that even a surprise? Sure, Eddie Jackson was a late riser, but this his eventual commitment has been talked about for weeks. Regardless, he has no impact on Robert Foster. He's a DB. It sounds like Pitt fans are looking for any glimmer of hope, and don't understand that Eddie Jackson was recruited to play DB and not WR as he's listed on most sites.
reported at two of the 4 services as well but can't c/p that section as it's a paid areaI don't recall he being a stop yesterday
split loyalties? humorous. You seem to be letting your split loyalties invent reasons as to a potential flip.

i live 7 miles from Heinz Field and haven't gone to a game since they played Cincy with Wannstedt. I went to two in Ttown and the SECCG in 2012...
i think it's you guys that just assume every kid in the nation is going to Alabama that is why these threads get 50 pages long. Andrew Bone assures everyone that Ro Foster is a lock so take his word, not mine. I'm just reporting from guys that know the kid and the Pitt program very well. Feel free to do the same

again, i can't post from the insider portion of recruiting forums but that is the one public link that confirms that is was indeed a stop on Tuesday. I was just replying to runtheoption who said he wasn't thereAgain, reading what you want to into that. The gist at the bottom is that there are plenty of underclassmen there that coaches want to talk to as well. Not just Cunningham...
