So Tim Jansen is not an FSU lawyer as some posts said, but is rather a bachelor's and J.D. graduate of Florida. That's better as far as the slimy test for FSU.

Sorry Bamabelle, But a sexual assault team is a medical professional, usually an RN with extra training, that works on call. The pay is increased when called. IN Sonoma county the pay is $100 per eight hour shift, if not called, around $90/hour when called. I play golf with a criminal defense attorney on occasion, His wife is a SAT member. I am as usual 100% correct.

''I'm saying the eyewitnesses that were there will verify that any material that was found, or any evidence that was found, is consistent with him (doing) nothing wrong.''

No because if he had said outright that it wasn't consensual it'd be a bombshell. There's no longer any questions as to whether they had sex or not, to admit it wasn't consensual would be admitting his client is guilty.

Yes, I qualified that in my answer that an SAT would have a medical professional on staff. ;) I can guarantee you that your buddies wife was an RN before she was on a SAT team. My point was that a police officer/detective does NOT do an internal exam. In this part of the country, RN's do the internal exam for a rape kit. I have a best friend who is the one who does it here. I don't know many police departments who have a special "team" for sexual assaults.

So, technically, we are both right. ;)

See, not a dirty word. Just because many are strange, and some may smell bad, is no reason to cower in fear of mentioning it.

If you meet one, offer to buy them a grilled cheese sammich. You may save their life. Unless they are lactose intolerant. (But how would they know, since they never eat it?)

There's an elephant in the room here. I think that it's generally agreed that the basis of non-consensual sex is not sexual gratification at all. It's a crime of violence and dominance. There seems to be no question at this point that the roomie was present throughout. So, was it a case of "Hey, watch this!" If the rape kit shows evidence of violent penetration, where does this leave roomie. If it were forced, then any experienced prosecutor can take the roomie's testimony and tear it to shreds in no time. I'm not going to project possible dialogs, but I'm sure you can imagine them. The first question is why the roomie hung around, rather than saying "Bud, I'm outta here." If it were for show, that's damaging in itself...

These are all things that I have considered. Also, if Winston is guilty, he is clearly not a "nice guy" who made a mistake, nor are his "witnesses". I don't know what happened, but if he is guilty I hope that he and his friends get put away.

I've done some crazy things in my time, but I don't care to have another dude in there with me (if roomie was in there watching it all, unless he heard the girl say LETS GO DO IT then his word really wont mean much IMHO). People do sick things in this day and time.

It was funny they were all quiet until this bombshell that it matched his DNA. It went from "yea we're fully innocent and it wasn't even Jameis" to "ummm yea it was consensual". If Jameis isn't sweating by now, he better be. Whether he did it or not, he is one jury away from going to jail for a LONG time.

If this comes out to be true, I will admit it is not the first time that someone has fooled me. He will have fooled many who I know that are close to him. I do hope people will reserve judgement on both parties until all facts are known and if he did do this then I will have no sympathy for him.

I seen a documentary of Ted Bundy & some of Bundy's friends said the exact same thing..You just never know how bad some of your friends can be..

I think it's past time for this to be paid off or swept under the rug for FSU now..JMO
