ESPN Radio host Paul Finebaum reported on his show on Tuesday that while Brown's immediate future will be the immediate focus on the national media, there could be news in the near future on Saban and his future with Alabama.
"You're also going to hear a lot more about Nick Saban because he has a contract on his desk that's been there since Friday - and today is Tuesday," he said. Finebaum did not cite a source for the information.

Didn't you know that he does his broadcasts from there every Friday? I think he might have signed for the FEDEX package.I didn't realize that Saban allowed Finebaum to use his office.

I know there will be people freak out about this, but he has tunnel vision during the season, especially recruiting season. It doesn't bother me he hasn't signed it. I think his previous contracts has been filled with escape clauses so he could leave if he wanted at just about any time he wants so it is just a piece of paper that sets his income and incentives anyway.
