Time after time, Sims is bouncing up and down asking for the play call...

This tells me the problem is not with the players but from the sideline.

What is going on with the offense today, taking way too long for plays to be signaled in and for the Offense to setup. We are going to enter SEC play next week by a greatly improved Florida team. I am seriously concerned by what I am seeing today.

That was underwhelming on about every conceivable level. Why not let Blake run a 2 minute drill against this team? Sure Coach has his reasons, but makes ya wonder. Henry looks uninspired to me, OL looks fairly average, play calls taking forever, no rhythm. Is OJ Howard still enrolled at Bama? Just not showing anything this week to save it? I'm ok with the defense, not their best effort but not terrible. Still tired of seeing the other team drop deep passes in a perfect spot and then them making the perfect catch. That can't last forever can it? DB's don't seem to be ball hawks at all. Disappointed in that. Imagine some strong words in this locker room!

I don't think that's the problem at all. I'm about to reverse my earlier support for CLK on the sideline. I just don't see how an OC can call plays from the sideline. You just need the altitude of the box to see what's going on everywhere on the field. I understood wanting him down there in his role a QB coach, with two green QBs, but I believe now we'd be smoother with him in the box...

As it turns out, I'll be in New Orleans (near Bourbon St.) next week for the UF game. I've never tasted a drop of alcohol in my life, but if it goes south, I'll have the means to numb it all

Our QB's better get the plays a lot quicker or they need to step it up. Our QB play so far has been terrible against subpar opponents. Somebody needs to step up or we are facing multiple losses thus season .

Gotcha. The players are trying plenty hard. They're just not getting clear coaching right now...
