The Clinton Campaign, in a Putinesque maneuver, told ournalists not to use certain words to describe Hillary, or they would find their access to the campaign limited.

Experienced at adopting home towns where she can get elected
Experienced at overstating
Experienced at making mistakes that compromise security

Experienced at stating sentences in such a way as to provide legal cover for said overstatements and mistakes
Experienced at sitting in front of congressional committees and not saying a thing

I think you are correct that she has the most relevant experience among the top four. I also think she is pretty smart, misguided, but intelligent. Unfortunately, she is breathtakingly ambitious and abnormally dishonest, even among the cesspool that is the District of Columbia.
