I don't think so and here's why:
1. SOS is terrible, but who would have thought FSU would be that bad? Seriously, stop scheduling teams like Mercer and maybe a lesser P5 team like Wake Forrest, Kansas St, Iowa, etc in the future
2. 2-Loss tOSU would get in based off beating a potential top-4 Wisconsin, top-10 Penn St, and a Mich St. team that was ranked. That schedule is still Better than ours
3. The media does NOT want a 1-loss Bama to jump tOSU, imagine the outcry if two SEC teams get in knowing how terrible the leauge is.
I'll take a NY6 and hope we get a offensive identity next year. At some point either the Daboll experiment ends or Tua gets a look at being starter
